“I am a 33 year old transgender homosexual male living with HIV from Hong Kong, China. I was convicted of a crime that rendered me an aggravated felon, removable and subject to mandatory immigration detention pursuant to immigration laws.

Angela Suh was presented with my case at the very last minute before my first trial and was then faced a difficult and challenging case.
